"Because of my limited financial resources and my 'allergic reaction' to risk, wholesaling seemed like the best option" Eric asked me to put together a short story on what real estate wholesaling is to me. Before I get to telling you what wholesaling is to me, I need to let you know a bit about myself. I have always been interested in real estate investing but seemed to be reaching a block in the road when it came to following through on what to do or where to start. There are just way to many options. I spent a lot of time in the online forums trying to learn as much as I could about real estate investing. After a lot of reading and research I decided that real estate wholesaling was probably the way that I wanted to go. One of the main causes for my risk allergy was that I have a wife and two children to provide for. Home Giveaway Details

When I announced the contest in my hometown the tenants became swamped with people passing by and wanting to "Tour" the home.
Once the 1,000th system has been sold I will be hosting an event where I will be selecting the winner live online. All contestants will be given an invitation to attend.
The home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath home with an attached commercial space that is currently unoccupied. The home is currently rented for $550.00/Month to my tenant Brian, who plans on staying if you let him. He has been my tenant for just over 6 months. Tenants are on a month to month lease. The home is in great working order, just last year I completed over $12,000 in renovations to the home including flooring, electrical, plumbing, windows and paint. The property is completely up to code with the housing commission.
The winner will be responsible for $0 in costs associated with transferring ownership. I will be responsible for paying all taxes and expenses up until the day of closing. The home will be free of any liens and/or title conflicts prior to transferring ownership. For the first 3 months after the closing I will continue to manage the property if the new owner would like my help.
